              Read:  Origins of Seasons  (text book 654-662)  Read section version of Demeter and Persephone.  complete comprehension worksheets 186-190

              If we have time watch as a whole class the Flocabulary Summarizing video. Discuss.

              **depending on time –   finish activities on Flocabulary or use Summarizing Doodle activity.

               Misplaced and Dangling Modifiers: Handout notes – discuss and recognize how modifiers are in the wrong place in a sentence.

              BE UP FOR THE CHALLENGE:  dice of many colors:  break the code and 3 lines that will isolate the chickens.  strategically place 3 straight lines to isolate the chickens pictured.  Working with their partner.
